自动化码头桥吊、自动引导车以及龙门吊的联合调度

 摘要: 以实现船舶在港停靠时间最短为目标,以自动化码头的整个水平运输系统为研究对象,在考虑自动化码头装卸工艺方案的基础上,建立了一个自动化码头桥吊、自动引导车以及龙门吊的联合调度模型,该模型可以实现集装箱码头整个水平运输系统的最优化调度。通过一个算例对模型有效性进行验证,结果显示:同传统按经验调度的方案进行对比,码头作业效率提高了26%,该联合调度模型有助于提高集装箱码头的作业效率,减少船舶在泊时间,提高码头竞争力。

 Integrated Scheduling of Quay Cranes, Automated Guided Vehicles and Automated Yard Cranes at Automated Container Terminals

 Abstract:  To minimize vessels' turnaround time and to research the whole horizontal transport system, an integrated scheduling of quay cranes(QCs), automated guided vehicles(AGVs) and automated yard cranes (AYCs) was established, on the basis of considering handling technologies at automated container terminals. The model can realize the whole horizontal transport system′s scheduling optimization. An experiment was carried out to verify the model′s validity and the result is that the efficiency is increased by 26%, compared with the result of scheduling experience at container terminals. Experimental results show that the integrated scheduling model contributes to improve the operation efficiency and achieve vessels' shorter turnaround time at automated container terminals.
