摘要: 采用溶液浇铸法制备了聚丁二酸乙二醇酯/聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PES/PBA)共混物,并使用偏光显微镜(POM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等手段研究了PES/PBA共混物两种组分的相容性及结晶动力学。相分离形貌和玻璃化转变温度结果表明,PES/PBA共混物为热力学不相容共混体系。利用Avrami方程分别研究了共混物中两种组分的等温结晶动力学,并计算了相关的结晶动力学参数。PES的结晶速率随着PBA的增加而减小,Avrami指数基本不变;PBA的结晶速率也随着PBA含量的降低而减小,但其结晶机理不受共混比例的影响。

Processing Technology, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Xi′an 710021, China)Abstract: Blends of poly(ethylene succinate) (PES) and poly(butylenes adipate) (PBA), both biodegradable semicrystalline polyesters, have been prepared by codissolving the two polyesters in chloroform and casting into films. Miscibility and crystallization behavior of PES/PBA blend have been studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy (POM). Experimental results indicate that PES is immiscible with PBA as shown by the biphasic melt and the unchanged glass transition temperature. Avrami equation has been adopted to study the isothermal process. The crystallization rate of PES decreases with the increase of PBA while the Avrami index n does not change. Similarly, the crystallization rate of PBA also decreases with the increase of PBA; however, the crystallization mechanism of PBA is not affected by the blend ratio in the blend with high PBA content.
