填料粒子对复合材料导热性能影响的数值模拟

徐瑾,  何燕,  张晓光(青岛科技大学 机电工程学院,山东 青岛 266061)摘要: 应用ANSYS Workbench软件中的稳态热分析模块,主要针对填料的几何形态、空间取向和空间堆积方式进行了数值模拟。结果发现:体系的导热系数随着填充填料的几何形状变化而变化,其中填充纤维状填料的体系导热系数最优;纤维状填料/橡胶基体的导热系数随着纤维填料长径比的增加而变大;纤维填料的空间取向对导热性能有显著影响,不同粒径的颗粒混杂及颗粒与纤维混杂都能使体系具有更高的导热系数。

Numerical Simulation of Influence of Filler Particles on Thermal Conductivity of CompositesXU Jin, HE Yan, ZHANG Xiaoguang

(College of Electromechanical Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao 266061, China)Abstract: It was simulated three factors including geometry, spatial orientation and space packing of fillers with ANSYS Workbench in the steady state thermal analysis module. The results showed that thermal conductivity of system varied with fillers′ geometry: Thermal conductivity of composites filled with fiber fillers was the best and increased with L/D ratio; space orientation of fiber fillers obviously influenced the thermal conductivity. Thermal conductivity can be improved by the hybrid of particles and fibers or different size particles.
