猪毛菜醇提物降脂与促进小肠运动作用的研究

 摘要： 研究了猪毛菜(Salsola collina)醇提物降脂及对小肠运动功能的影响。采用腹腔注射蛋黄制备小鼠高血脂模型，观察猪毛菜乙醇提取物对血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯的影响；采用脂肪酶抑制率确定其体外降脂活性；采用碳末推进实验研究其促进小肠运动作用。结果发现，猪毛菜乙醇提取物能显著降低高血脂小鼠血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平，在体外可抑制脂肪酶活性，并可促进小肠运动。猪毛菜醇提物具有体内外降脂及促肠运动功能，可用于降脂减肥新药的开发研究。

 Study on Lipidlowering and Intestinal Motor Promotion of

Ethanol Extracts from Salsola Collina

 Abstract: Lipidlowering and intestinal motor promoting effects of Salsola collina was studied. Hyperlipidemia model in mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of egg yolks to observe the effects of ethanol extracts from Salsola collina on serum total cholesterol and triglycerides; lipase inhibition in vitro was adopted to determine its lipidlowering activity; carbon propelling experiment was to evaluate its intestinal motor promoting function. Experimental results showed that ethanol extracts from Salsola collina can significantly reduce serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in hyperlipidemia mice, inhibit lipase activity in vitro, and promote intestinal motility. Salsola collina has lipidlowering and intestinal motor promoting functions, and could be developed into lipidlowering and weightlosing new drug.
