摘要: 根据超临界流体萃取技术的基本原理,以粉碎后的棉籽仁粉为原料,提取α生育酚。首先采用单因素试验的方法,考察萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取压力、棉仁粉粒径等对超临界CO2萃取的影响,然后在此基础上进行正交试验。得到最佳萃取条件为萃取温度50 ℃,萃取时间90 min,萃取压力20~25 MPa,颗粒粒度025~030 mm。

Extract αTocopherol from Cottonseed by Supercritical CO2

Abstract: The thesisis focuses on the extraction of αtocopherol from crushing cottonseed meal based on the principle of supercritical fluid extraction,we observed the influence on supercritical CO2 extraction by factors like extracting temperature, extracting time, extracting pressure, grinding granularity etc via single factor testing firstly, and did the orthogonal test based on the result of the obervation. We finds the best extraction condition as follow: extracting temperature 50 ℃,extracting time 90 min, extracting pressure 20—25 MPa, grinding granularity 025—030 mm.
