摘要: 采用CuOZnO/Al2O3纳米铜基催化剂催化4异丁基苯乙酮(IBAP)加氢制备1(4异丁基苯基)乙醇(IBPE);然后以PdCl2/PPh3/CuCl2为催化体系,将IBPE经羰基化反应合成2(4异丁基苯基)丙酸(布洛芬)。研究结果表明:在反应温度80 ℃,氢气压力15 MPa,n(H2)∶n(IBAP)=40∶1,液空速030 h-1的条件下,IBAP的加氢转化率为100%,IBPE收率达到936%。以盐酸为酸性介质、丁酮为溶剂,在温度100 ℃,CO压力55 MPa,反应时间24 h的条件下,IBPE羰基化合成布洛芬,IBPE的转化率为100%,布洛芬收率达到729%。

Synthesis of Ibuprofen by Hydrogenationcarbonylation of 4Isobutyl Acetophenone

Abstract: 4Isobutyl acetophenone (IBAP) was hydrogenated to 1(4isobutyl phenyl) ethanol (IBPE) on nano CuOZnO/Al2O3 catalyst, and then 2(4isobutyl phenyl) propionic acid (ibuprofen) was prepared by carbonylation of IBPE with PdCl2/PPh3/CuCl2 as the catalyst. The results showed that hydrogenation conversion of IBAP approached 100% and the yield of IBPE reached 936% under 80 ℃, H2 pressure 15 MPa, n(H2)∶n(IBAP)=40∶1 and liquid hourly space velocity 030 h-1. Using hydrochloric acid as acid medium, butanone as solvent, ibuprofen was prepared by carbonylation of IBPE, conversion of IBPE reached 100% and yield of ibuprofen reached 729% under reaction temperature 100 ℃, CO pressure 55 MPa, reaction time 24 h.
