3二氟乙氧基4氯吡唑酰胺类化合物的制备与应用

 摘要: 合成了3二氟乙氧基4氯吡唑酰胺类衍生物并测定了其杀虫活性,通过1H NMR、元素分析进行了结构表征。通过在吡唑环上引入卤素原子和氟代烷氧基等基团提高这类化合物的杀虫活性,部分化合物分别在1 mg·L-1时对小菜蛾(Plutella xyllostella Linnaeus)和在10 mg·L-1时对甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exigua Hiibner)具有90%以上的致死率。

 Preparation and Application of 3Difluoroethoxy4chlorinepyrazolecarboxamide Compounds

 Abstract: In this paper, 3difluoromethylethoxy4chloropyrazole amide derivatives were synthesized and their insecticidal activity was tested. Structural characterization was carried out by 1H NMR, elemental analysis. The introduction of halogen atoms and fluorinated alkoxy groups on the pyrazole ring can greatly enhance insecticidal activity, part compounds have more than 90% mortality to Plutella xyllostella Linnaeus and Spodoptera exigua Hiibner when they in 1 mg·L-1 and 10 mg·L-1 respectively.
