基于三联吡啶钌修饰的介孔二氧化钛膜光致电化学检测抗坏血酸

摘要:  建立了一种新型的 [Ru(bpy)3]2+敏化的介孔TiO2薄膜检测抗坏血酸(aa)光电化学传感器。利用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和拉曼光谱(Raman)对介孔TiO2膜进行了表征。利用在一定范围内[Ru(bpy)3]2+/TiO2/ITO电极的光电流会随抗坏血酸浓度的增加而增强这一现象对抗坏血酸进行了定量检测,抗坏血酸浓度在0002~200 mmol·L-1范围内与光电强度呈良好的线性相应关系,其检测限可达10 μmol·L-1。该方法成功用于水果中抗坏血酸含量的检测。

A Simple Photoeletrochemical Method for  Detection of Ascorbic Acid Using [Ru(bpy)3]2+functionalized TiO2 Mesoporous Film

Abstract: In this work, a new photoelectrochemical method for the detection of ascorbic acid by using [Ru(bpy)3]2+functionalized TiO2 mesoporous thin film on indium tin oxide electrode (ITO) was reported. The TiO2 mesoporous thin film was characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM), Xray Diffractometer (XRD) and Raman Spectrum. The [Ru(bpy)3]2+ was immobilized on TiO2 mesoporous thin film through electrostatic adsorption. The photoelectrochemical behavior of [Ru(bpy)3]2+functionalized TiO2 mesoporous thin film was studied with an applied potential at 01 V and a light excitation at 320 nm. In the presence of ascorbic acid as an electron donor, the photocurrent signal could be enhanced. The detection linear range for ascorbic acid was 0002—200 mmol·L-1, and the detection limit was 10 μmol·L-1. The proposed sensor was successfully used to detect the ascorbic acid in the fruits.
