摘要: 采用固定床热解装置制备神木长焰煤与冷轧氧化铁红热解终温为550 ℃的共热解半焦。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析结果表明,冷轧氧化铁红可以催化煤的热解,增加半焦表面的裂纹及孔隙;X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果表明,煤与冷轧氧化铁红共热解降低了半焦碳的微晶结构的石墨化程度,提高其氧化反应活性;由热分析结果可知,共热解半焦的综合燃烧特性指数(Sn)比原料煤半焦高635%,燃烧反应活化能比原料煤半焦低397%,表明共热解半焦的燃烧性能优于原料煤半焦,煤与冷轧氧化铁红共热解可改善半焦的燃料品质,拓宽半焦作为燃料的利用领域。

Combustion Property of Copyrolysis Coal Char of Low Rank Coal and Cold Rolling Iron Oxide Red

Abstract: Copyrolysis coal char of shenmu longflame coal and cold rolling iron oxide red at final pyrolysis temperature 550 ℃ were prepared using fixed bed pyrolysis apparatus. The combustion behavior of char samples were investigated by a thermal gravimetric analyzer. SEM (scanning electron microscopy) results showed cold rolling iron oxide red can catalyze coal pyrolysis, and increase the quantity of pore and crack on the surface of copyrolysis char. XRD (Xray diffractometry) analysis revealed that cold rolling iron oxide red can significantly bring down the degree of graphitization for microcrystalline structure of copyrolysis char, and improve its oxidation reaction activity. Thermal analysis results demonstrated that the general combustion parameter (Sn) and combustion reaction activation energy of copyrolysis coal char was 635% higher and 397% lower than that of char of raw coal respectively, indicated copyrolysis char have a better combustion than char of raw coal. The results corroborated that cold rolling iron oxide red improved fuel quality of char and expanded the field of application of coal char as a fuel.
