基于金纳米粒子修饰泡沫镍电极的无酶葡萄糖传感器的制备与性能

摘要: 采用电化学沉积的方法制备了金纳米粒子修饰的泡沫镍电极,基于葡萄糖在AuNPs/泡沫镍电极上的电化学氧化制备了无酶葡萄糖传感器。通过扫描电子显微镜对金纳米粒子修饰的泡沫镍电极的表面形貌进行了表征,并对氯金酸的浓度、沉积圈数、pH值等实验条件进行了优化设计。在最佳实验条件下传感器对葡萄糖的线性响应范围为20 × 10-7 ~10 × 10-5 mol·L-1,检出限为76 × 10-8 mol·L-1。传感器制备简单,无需特殊条件保存。

 Nonenzymatic Electrochemical Glucose Sensor Based on    Novel AuNPs/Porous Nickel Film

Abstract: A nickelfoamsupported AuNPs electrode was prepared by electrodeposition and used to construct nonenzymatic glucose sensor. When applied to detect glucose, such prepared electrode showed high performance because of conductive nickel foam with robust adhesion and electrocatalytic oxidation activity of AuNPs. Its apparent morphology was characterized by SEM and its preparation conditions, including the concentration of HAuCl4, number of sedimentary loop and pH were optimized by electrochemical methods. Linear range for the detection of glucose was from 2.0 × 10-7 mol·L-1 to 10 × 10-5 mol·L-1 while detection limit was 76 × 10-8 mol·L-1 according to 3σ rule. This AuNPs/nickel foam electrode was prepared simply and no need specially preservation conditions.
