2-甲基-4-三氟甲基-5-噻唑甲酰胺类化合物的合成及其应用

摘要: 利用2甲基4三氟甲基噻唑甲酰氯与苯胺类化合物进行酰胺化反应,合成了8种新的未见报道的2甲基4三氟甲基5噻唑甲酰胺类化合物,通过1H NMR和元素分析等手段进行表征确定。测定了化合物的杀菌活性,所有目标化合物对黄瓜灰霉和花生褐斑病菌抑菌效果良好,部分化合物对黄瓜灰霉的抑菌率达81%,远高于对照药剂噻呋酰胺。

Synthesis and Application of 2Methyl4trifluoromethyl5thiazole Carboxamides

Abstract:  Eight 2methyl4trifluoromethyl5thiazole carboxamides were synthesized by reaction of 2methyl4trifluoromethyl5thiazole chloride with aniline derivatives.Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and elemental analysis. Fungicidal activity of compounds were tested. All the target compounds of the Botrytis cinerea and the Cercospora rachidicola showed good inhibitory effect. Some compound of the Botrytis cinerea inhibition rate reach 81%, much higher than the control drug Thifluzamide.
