一种基于Android的智能视频监控系统

摘要： 为了实现视频监控的智能化，提出了一种基于Android 40操作系统的智能视频监控系统的方案，系统具有全景视频采集、图像复原和变换、异常行为检测、高清抓拍、数据回传等功能，采用基于时空特征点的Hessian矩阵检测方法进行异常行为识别，采用满全景拼接的方法实现360°全景呈现，最后设计并实现了该系统。实验结果表明，该系统稳定可靠，携带方便，功能基本实现，有一定应用前景。

An Intelligent Video Surveillance System Based on Android

Abstract: In order to achieve a intelligent video surveillance, this paper puts forward a program of Intelligent video surveillance system based on Android 40. The system has a panoramic video acquisition, image restoration and transformation, abnormal behavior detection, HD capture, data transmission and other functions. Hessian matrix detection method based on the use of spatial and temporal characteristics point to identify abnormal behavior, using the full panorama stitching methods to achieve 360° panoramic presentation. Finally, the system is designed and implemented. The results show that the system is reliable, easy to carry and has highly application prospects.
