两级3RPS并串运动平台的运动分析及仿真

摘要: 提出了一种新型两级3RPS并串联结构运动平台,首先分析了该机构的结构特点,计算了该机构的自由度,然后利用虚拟机构的影响系数法对该机构进行运动学的分析,进而得出该结构平台的速度与加速度的分析方程。利用仿真软件ADAMS对该结构进行运动学仿真,得出分析曲线图,更形象地看出输入变化和输出位姿的关系。

Kinematics Analysis and Simulation of the Motion Platform of Two 3RPS ParallelSerial Mechanism

Abstract: A new type motion platform of two 3RPS parallelserial mechanism was proposed,at first,the characteristic of the mechanism was analyzed, and the degree of freedom was calculated.And then,the kinematics analysis was carried out by kinematic influence coefficient of virtual mechanism,as a result,the velocity and the acceleration equation were presented.At last,the kinematic simulation was done by ADAMS,and the analysis curve graph was given,so the relationship of the input and output is more clear.
