摘要: 以复合酶解处理的杜仲树叶、皮、籽为原料,石油醚为溶剂,在一定温度下进行提胶,采用偏光显微镜、核磁氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱对杜仲原丝、所提取产物的结构进行了表征,并对产物相对分子质量和提胶效率进行了研究。结果表明,提取出的杜仲胶中几乎不含有顺1,4聚异戊二烯,具有较大的相对分子质量,达30万~40万。

Analysis on Structure and Efficiency of Eucommia Ulmoides Gum Extracted in Composite Enzyme Treatment Method

Abstract: Gel could be extracted at a certain temperature in ultrasound method using eucommia leaves, bark, seeds treated by composite enzymes as raw materials, and using petroleum ether as solvent. The Eucommia raw silk, the structure and molecular weight of the extracted product are characterized via POM,1H NMR, respectively, and GPC, extraction efficiency were studied. The result shows that Eucommia ulmoides gum does not contain cis1,4polyisoprene,has a large relative moleculor mass,up to 300 000~400 000.
