摘要: 以适量的月桂酸硫脲咪唑啉季铵盐(SUDEI)为表面活性剂,采用溶剂热法在NN二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/乙二醇中140 ℃反应24 h,制备出了花状的SUDEICuS混凝球。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)与UVVis等进行了表征,对SUDEICuS混凝球形成机理、结构的材料性能进行探索。同时发现SUDEICuS混凝球,具有较强的紫外可见吸收。

Preparation and Characterization of SUDEICuS Concrete Build Ball

Abstract: Flowerlike SUDEICuS Concrete build product has been synthesized via a solvothermal method from DMF/ethylene glycol solution at140 ℃for 24 h in the presence of a special surfactantquaternary ammonium salt of 2undecy11dithioureidoethylimidazoline (SUDEI). The products are characterized by TEM, SEM, XRD, and UVVis techniques. And the effects of SUDEI and solvents on the morphology, crystalline and light absorption property of CuS are also discussed. The formation mechanism of SUDEICuS was discussed in detail. and SUDEICuS have higher ultraviolet and visible absord.
