SUDEICuS混凝构筑球的制备及表征

 摘要: 以适量的月桂酸硫脲咪唑啉季铵盐(SUDEI)为表面活性剂,采用溶剂热法在NN二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/乙二醇中140 ℃反应24 h,制备出了花状的SUDEICuS混凝球。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)与UVVis等进行了表征,对SUDEICuS混凝球形成机理、结构的材料性能进行探索。同时发现SUDEICuS混凝球,具有较强的紫外可见吸收。

 Preparation and Characterization of SUDEICuS Concrete Build Ball

 Abstract: Flowerlike SUDEICuS Concrete build product has been synthesized via a solvothermal method from DMF/ethylene glycol solution at140 ℃for 24 h in the presence of a special surfactantquaternary ammonium salt of 2undecy11dithioureidoethylimidazoline (SUDEI). The products are characterized by TEM, SEM, XRD, and UVVis techniques. And the effects of SUDEI and solvents on the morphology, crystalline and light absorption property of CuS are also discussed. The formation mechanism of SUDEICuS was discussed in detail. and SUDEICuS have higher ultraviolet and visible absord.
