摘要: 在乙醇水体系下,合成了介孔分子筛MAS7,通过XRD和N2吸附脱附技术对其进行表征。结果表明,在乙醇水体系下合成的MAS7(1) 具有和传统水热条件合成的MAS7相同的六方介孔结构,同时具有更窄的孔径分布及更高的比表面积。将其用于催化木质素液化反应中,重点考察了分子筛合成中乙醇的用量、木质素液化反应中液化温度、液化时间、催化剂的用量等因素对催化木质素液化反应的影响。得到了较佳的工艺条件,即1 g木质素中加入010 gMAS7(1),12 mL乙二醇,185 ℃下反应25 h,木质素液化率可达69%。同时,乙醇水体系中合成的MAS7(1)具有较好的催化稳定性。

Synthesis of MAS7 Mesoporous Molecular Sieves in EthanolWater
System and Its Catalysis in Liquefaction of Lignin

Abstract: MAS7 was synthesized in the ethanolwater system. The structures of the material were characterized by Xray diffraction and N2 adsorptiondesorption. The MAS7(1) synthesized in the ethanolwater system has the same hexagonal structure and the more narrow of pore distribution, higher specific surface area, compared with the MAS7 synthesized in the hydrothermal system. The material was applied as an efficient catalyst for the liquefaction of lignin under different conditions such as the solvent volume, catalyst amount, reaction temperature and reaction time. The optimum conditions for the liquefaction of lignin were: ethylene 12 mL, MAS7(1) 01 g, lignin1 g, reaction temperature185 ℃and reaction time 25 h. Under the optimum conditions, the liquefaction of lignin was up to 69%.In addition, the catalyst had moderate reusability in the system.
