PE氯化原位接枝苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物

 摘要:  以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为原料,采用氯化原位接枝方法制备以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)为骨架、苯乙烯(St)为支链的接枝共聚物(记作CPE-cg-St)和以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)为骨架、苯乙烯和丙烯腈单体都为支链的接枝共聚物(记作CPE-cg-AS)。研究结果表明,氯化原位接枝可制备CPE-cg-AS,CPE-cg-St,且与CPE相比,接枝共聚物的相对分子质量增大,分布变窄,有较好的力学性能。在同样接枝率下,相同氯含量下,CPE-cg-AS,CPE-cg-St的拉伸强度较CPE分别增加了26.9%、8.9%。

 Copolymer of Styrene-acrylonitrile Grafted onto PE by In-situ Chlorinating-graft Copolymerization

 Abstract:In this paper, two graft copolymers were prepared using the high density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw material by in-situ chlorinating graft copolymerization (ISCGC). All the skeleton of the graft copolymers was chlorinated polyethylene (CPE). One was referred to as CPE-cg-AS which branches were styrene and acrylonitrile copolymer, and the other one was CPE-cg-St which branches was styrene. The results show that the mechanical properties of CPE-cg-AS and CPE-cg-St are better than that of CPE. The number average molecular weights of the graft copolymers increase and their molecular weight distribution are narrowed compared with that of CPE. The tensile strength of CPE-cg-AS and CPE-cg-St increases by 26.9%, 8.9% than CPE, respectively.
