CB/SiO2并用填充国产溶聚丁苯橡胶的动态性能

 摘要: 使用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA2000)和动态热机械分析仪(DMA)分析了不同比例炭黑与白炭黑填充溶聚丁苯胶料,在不同扫描条件下的动态黏弹性能。结果表明,在1次应变扫描过程中,随炭黑配比增加,弹性模量(G′)逐渐降低,偶联剂(Si69)作用减小;2次应变扫描发现,随着与1次应变扫描时间间隔增加,应力软化减弱,并在添加偶联剂后,应力软化效应趋于一致;通过连续3次应变扫描,发现填料网络结构并不是造成“Payne”效应的唯一因素;通过温度扫描,发现随温度升高,混炼胶损耗因子升高,硫化胶则下降;频率扫描时,发现未添加偶联剂且白炭黑比例最高的硫化胶出现明显“第二平台”,填料分散性最差,弹性模量最高。

 Dynamic Viscoelastic Properties of SSBR Filled with

 Different Proportion of Carbon Black and Silica

 Abstract: Rubber processing analyzer (RPA2000) and dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer (DMA) analysis were performed to study the dynamic viscoelastic properties of the different proportion of carbon black and white carbon black filled solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber in different scanning conditions. It was found that in the first strain scanning process, with the increase of the black ratio, the viscoelastic modulus (G′) reduced gradually and the effect of coupling agent (Si69) decreased; the second strain scanning indicated that, with the growth of the scanning time interval, the stress softening abated, and with the adding of coupling agent, the softening effects trended to be the same; the three consecutive strain scanning revealed that packing network was not the only factor caused the “Payne” effect; by the temperature scanning, it was found that with the increase of temperature, the loss factor of the rubber compounds rose while that of the vulcanizate decreased; in the frequency sweeping, an obvious “second platform” was found in the rubber compounds which had no coupling agent and highest silica ratio, the dispersion of the filler was the worst and the viscoelastic modulus of that compounds was the highest.
