利用磷肥生产废弃物制备纳米4A分子筛

 摘要: 以磷肥生产废弃物含氟硅胶为原料,采用水热法制备了纳米4A分子筛。考察了陈化时间、晶化时间和晶化温度对4A分子筛制备的影响。实验结果表明,陈化时间为6 h、晶化温度95℃,晶化4 h时,可获得粒径40~50 nm的纳米4A分子筛。每克4A分子筛的钙离子交换容量为330 mg CaCO3,白度为97%,完全满足洗涤助剂的要求。

 Preparation of Nanoparticle Zeolite 4A from Waste in Phosphate Fertilizer Production

 Abstract: Nanoparticle zeolite 4A was synthesized by hydrothermal synthetic method with fluorine-contained silica, which was wasted in phosphate fertilizer. The effects of aging time, crystallization time and crystallization temperature on the preparation of nanoparticle zeolite 4A was investigated. It was indicated that nanoparticle zeolite 4A with 40—50nm particle size can be synthesized at the aging time of  6 h, crystallization time of 4h and crystallization temperature of 95 ℃. The calcium exchangeability of 1 g dried zeolite 4A is 330 mg CaCO3, the whiteness is 97% , which make the products meet the demands of detergent additives.
