四元共聚型丁腈橡胶的合成、表征及性能研究

 摘要: 以丁二烯、丙烯腈、含羧基单体和共聚型防老剂为原料,制备了新型高性能羧基丁腈橡胶。研究了引发体系和聚合温度对聚合反应的影响;利用TEM观察了不同加料方式对于胶乳粒径形态的影响。实验结果表明,过硫酸盐类引发体系、较高的温度使聚合反应速率增大;通过适时加料方式能得到粒径分布窄、平均粒径大的胶乳;制备的丁腈橡胶与LZSH N-32和Lanxess 3445相比,在燃油B、4050润滑油、1#、3#标准油中体积变化率及机械性能损失最小。

Synthesis,Characterization and Performance Study of Quadri-copolymerized NBR

Abstract: Using butadiene,acrylonitrile,carboxy-containing acids and copolymerizable antioxidant as monomers,a novel high performance carboxy-containing nitrile -butadiene rubber(XNBR)was synthesized.The effects of condensation initiator and polymerization temperature on the polymerization were investigated.The experimental results show that the persulfate initiator system,the higher temperature of the polymerization can improve the rate of reaction. Through timely charging way,we  can get latex with narrow and large particle size distribution; Compared with LZSH N-32 and Lanxess 3445,the new prepared NBR has the minimum volume change rate and smallest loss of mechanical properties in the fuel oil B,lubricating oil 4050,1# and 3# standard oil.Preparation of nitrile rubber compared with LZSH N-32 and Lanxess 3445, in the fuel oil B, lubricating oil 4050,1#,3# standard oil loss minimum volume change rate and mechanical properties.
