完全氧化法测定高氯废水CODCr

摘要: 采用完全氧化法对高氯废水CODCr测定方法进行了研究。首先进行不同浓度纯氯水样与其CODCr关系的实验,得出CODCr与氯离子浓度关系为:y=0.227 4x-49.422;然后配置CODCr为100 mg·L-1的标准水样,加入不同浓度氯离子进行实验,得出CODCr与氯离子浓度的关系为:y=0.227 6x+46.300;最后用某企业CODCr为249 mg·L-1的实际水样加入不同浓度的氯离子进行实验,得出CODCr与氯离子的关系:y=0.227 8x+188.46。研究结果表明,采用完全氧化法测定的CODCr与水样的实际CODCr相对误差全部小于7%,能够满足环境监测质量要求。

CODCr Determination Using Complete Oxidation Method for High Chloride-containing  Wastewater

Abstract: A  complete oxidation method  was utilized  to determine the CODCr in  high chloride wastewater. The  relationship between pure chlorine water samples and its experimental CODCr was  obtained,expressing as a  linear relation between the CODCr and the chloride ion concentration: y=0.227 4x-49.422. A series of standard water samples were prepared (CODCr was  100 mg·L-1) with different concentrations of chloride ion. The linear relation between the CODCr and the chloride ion concentration was obtained as: y=0.227 6x+46.300.Actual water samples (CODCrwas  249 mg·L-1) with different concentrations of chloride ion were tested. The result showed that the linear relation between the CODCr and the chloride ion concentration was: y=0.227 8x+188.460. The final results showed that all of the relative errors between the CODCr determined by complete oxidation and the actual CODCr of water samples were less than 7%, which met the quality requirement of environmental monitoring.
