偶联剂用量对白炭黑Z1115MP补强SSBR/BR性能的影响

摘要:研究了硅烷偶联剂3-辛酰基硫-1-丙基三乙氧基硅烷(NXT)、γ-巯丙基-乙氧基双(丙烷基-六丙氧基)硅氧烷(Si747)及3,3-双(三乙氧基硅烷基丙基)-四硫化物(Si69)改性白炭黑Z1115MP填充SSBR/BR的静态性能、动态性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,偶联剂的加入使硫化胶的力学性能略有改善,但是当偶联剂用量超过其最佳用量时白炭黑表面会形成多层物理吸附的界面薄弱层,导致硫化胶的力学性能降低。3种偶联剂改性体系硫化胶的Payne效应随着偶联剂用量的增加急剧下降,当偶联剂用量达到1.2份后变化不大,但是硅烷偶联剂的结构对硫化胶的动态性能及白炭黑Z1115MP在硫化胶中的分散性影响不大。

Effect of Coupling Agent on Properties of Silica Z1115MP Filled SSBR/BR Compound

Abstract:The effect of the coupling agent NXT, Si747 and Si69 on the static properties, dynamical properties and microstructure of silica Z1115MP filled SSBR/BR compound was investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of vulcanizates had slightly improved when the silanes was used, but the mechanical properties of vulcanizates decreased when the load of silanes exceeded its optimum loads because of formation a mutilayer physisorption of weak interface layer between silica and rubber. The Payne effect of vulcanizates sharply decreased until the loads of three kinds of silanes up to 1.2 phr,but the structure of silanes have little effects on the dynamic properties of vulcanizates and the dispersion of silica Z1115MP in vulcanizates.
