倾斜板流化床颗粒内循环的直接模拟研究

摘要: 基于气固两相欧拉模型,应用计算流体动力学软件(CFD)Fluent 6.3,对直径0.15 m,高1.0 m的二维倾斜板流化床内颗粒流动状况进行了直接数值模拟。考察了倾斜板水平倾斜角度、初始静床高度、布风室风速比及布风室面积比4个条件对床层颗粒径向流动的影响。其中倾斜板水平倾斜角度取10°、15°、20°,初始静床高取0.2、0.25、0.3 m,布风室风速比取2∶1、3∶1、4∶1,布风室面积比取0.5∶1、1∶1、2∶1、3∶1。模拟结果表明,床层颗粒内循环最优条件是:倾斜板水平倾斜角度为20°,静床高为0.2 m,布风室风速比为3∶1,布风室面积比为2∶1。

 Direct Simulation Research of InnerLoopof Particles in Inclined Distributor Fluidized Bed

Abstract: Based on the gas-solid Eulerian model and Computational Fluid Dynamics software (CFD) Fluent 6.3, direct numerical simulation of flow conditions of the granular in 0.15 m wide   1.0 m height two-dimensional inclined distributor fluidized bed was carried out. The influence of inclination angles to the horizontal of the inclined distributor, initial height of bed, ratio of gas speed of different distribution chamber and ratio of area of gas distribution chamber to the radial flow of particles was examined. The settings of angles was 10°, 20° and 30°, initial height of bed was 0.2, 0.25 and 0.3 m, ratio of gas speed of distribution chamber was 2∶1, 3∶1 and 4∶1, ratio of area of gas distribution chamber was 0.5∶1, 1∶1, 2∶1 and 3∶1. The results showed that the best condition of inner loop of particles was that angle of inclined distributor was 20°, initial height of granular layer was 0.2 m, ratio of gas speed was 3∶1 and ratio of area of gas distribution chamber was 2∶1.
