去离子水体系下丁辛醇弛放气水合物生成条件的实验测定及计算

摘要:利用压力搜索法测定了丁辛醇弛放气在温度为274.15~280.15 K下的水合物生成压力。结果表明,丁辛醇弛放气在去离子水体系下的生成压力较低,且目标气体组分C3较其他气体组分的水合物生成压力更低,因此可以利用水合物法对弛放气进行分离。采用Chen-Guo模型对弛放气在纯水中生成水合物的数据进行了计算,得到了较为满意的计算结果,平均误差为6.43%,说明Chen-Guo模型能够较好地预测该类体系的水合物的生成条件。通过分析水合物法回收C3气体的可行性,提出了相应的工艺流程。

Experimental Determination and Calculation of the Hydrate Formation Conditions of Butyl Alcohol-Octyl Alcohol Vent Gas in De-ionized Water System

Abstract:A new technology to separate gas mixture by forming hydrates, which has the distinct advantage, has become the domestic and international organizations in recent years. The formation conditions of butyl alcohol-octyl alcohol vent gas hydrate, which is very important for separating and operating conditions for recovering C3 from vent gas by forming hydrates, was measured using pressure search method in vary temperature (the temperature range:274.15—280.15 K). In addition, the feasibility of recovering C3  from the vent gas by forming hydrates and the separating process was analyzed. The results indicated that as the forming pressure of butyl alcohol-octyl alcohol vent gas hydrate was low at de-ionized water and it was lower for C3, so the method of forming hydrates can be used to separate the vent gas. The Chen-Guo hydrate model was extended to this system and it is shown that the model can be used to predict the formation pressure for butyl alcohol-octyl alcohol vent gas hydrate.
