三醋酸纤维素的合成

摘要: 研究了抗氧剂在三醋酸纤维素合成中的应用,并考察了催化剂用量、反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应结果的影响。确定了最佳反应条件,即:n(纤维素结构单元)∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶3.3,纤维素10.3 g,催化剂H2SO40.24 g,抗氧化剂A 0.006 g,反应温度120 ℃,反应时间2.0 h。在此条件下,三醋酸纤维素平均取代度为2.95,分子平均聚合度大于160,产率超过96%,色泽白色。

Study on Synthesis of Cellulose Triacetate

Abstract: The synthesis of cellulose triacetate in the presence of antioxidant was studied in this paper. The effects of factors such as kind and dosage of antioxidant, dasage of catalyst, n(cellulose structural unit)∶n(acetic anhydride), reaction temperature, and reaction time, were examined. The obtained optimum conditions were n(cellulose structural unit)∶n(acetic anhydride) 1∶3.3, cellulose 10.3 g, H2SO4 0.24 g, antioxidant A 0.006 g, reaction temperature 120 ℃ and reaction time 2.0 h. Under the above conditions, the average degree of substitution and yield of cellulose triacetate were 2.95 and 96.9%, respectively. The average degree of polymerization is more than 160. Otherwise, the usage of antioxidant improved the color of the product.
