臀形果果实的化学成分

摘要: 应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术(EI-MS,ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR)进行结构鉴定, 确定臀形果(Pygeum topengii )果实的化学成分。从臀形果中分离得到了6种化合物,其结构分别为山柰酚(kaempferol)(1)、槲皮素(quercetin)(2)、鼠李柠檬素(rhamnetin)(3)、tormentic acid (4) 、儿茶素(catechin) (5)、niga ichigoside F1(6)。以上化合物均为首次从臀形果果实中分离得到。

Chemical Constituents of the Fruit of Pygeum topengii

Abstract: Pygeum topengii, which belongs to the family of Rosaceae, it have activity of anticancer, antioncoma, bacteriostasis, antiinflammatory, antifertility, antithrombotic and analgesic. In order to study the chemical constitutents from the fruit of Pygeum topengii, Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 colunm chromatography were used to isolate the chemical constituents, and the structures of compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. Six compounds were isolated and identified as: kaempferol (1), quercetin (2), rhamnetin (3), tormentic acid(4), catechin(5), niga ichigoside F1 (6),which were isolated from the fruit of Pygeum topengii for the first time.
