摘要: 采用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水依次对枇杷果渣的95 %乙醇提取物进行萃取,对得到的4种不同溶剂的提取物采用滤纸片法分别测定其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌以及酵母菌4种菌的抑菌活性和最低抑菌浓度。结果表明,枇杷果渣的4种提取物对4种实验菌均具有不同程度的抑菌活性:乙酸乙酯相提取物抑菌活性最强,正丁醇相次之,石油醚相最小,水相抑菌活性不明显;抑菌作用最强的乙酸乙酯相提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌质量浓度分别为3.125,6.25,3.125 mg·mL-1。

Research on Antibacterial Activity of Extract from Loquat Fruit Residue

Abstract: The antibacterial activity of extract from loquat fruit residue was studied in this paper. The 95% Ethanol extract of loquat fruit residue was sequentially extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol and water. Antibacterial activity and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the four different extract against Staphylococlus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subitlis and Saccaromyces cerevisiae were studied with filter paper method. The results showed that each of the four extract had different antibacterial activity: Ethyl acetate extract was the strongest one; l-butanol extract took second place; and petroleum ether extract was the third; water extract had no obvious antibacterial activity. Moreover, the MIC of the ethyl acetate extract which had the strongest antibacterial activity respectively was 3.125 , 6.25, and 3.125 mg/Ml-1 against Staphylococlus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subitlis.
