伸张疲劳对未填充顺丁橡胶/反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯并用硫化胶结构和性能的影响

摘要: 研究伸张疲劳对顺丁橡胶(BR)及不同配比BR/反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)并用硫化胶的拉伸性能、交联结构及形变能密度的影响。结果表明,BR并用TPI以后,硫化胶力学性能明显改善,但交联密度降低;在伸张疲劳初期,随着疲劳次数的增加,BR的拉伸强度、交联密度及形变能密度变化不明显,而BR/TPI并用硫化胶的拉伸强度、交联密度及形变能密度呈现上升趋势,当TPI并用量少于30份时,BR/TPI并用硫化胶在疲劳60万次时,拉伸强度、交联密度和形变能密度均达到最大值。

Effect of Tensile Fatigue on Structure and Performance of Unfilled BR/TPI Blend Vulcanizates

 Abstract: Effect of tensile fatigue on tensile properties, crosslink density and strain energy density of unfilled BR and BR/TPI blend vulcanizates was investigated. The results showed that, when TPI blended with BR, dynamic performances of blend vulcanizates were improved significantly, but Crosslink density decreased. At the initial stage of tensile fatigue process, as increasing fatigue cycle, tensile strength, crosslink density and strain energy density of BR varied not obviously, but those of BR/TPI blend vulcanizates increased gradually. when the dosage of TPI was below 30phr, The tensile strength, crosslink density and strain energy density of BR/TPI blend vulcanizates reached their maximum when tensile fatigue cycles came to 600 thousand times.
