摘要: 针对润滑油加氢脱酸处理装置,对装置流程进行了模拟,分析了现有换热网络,发现了两处违背夹点匹配原则的换热,并根据夹点技术设计原则提出了改造方案。在该方案中充分利用反应生成油和热高分气高温位热源,提高了热能回收率,加热负荷降低了61.8%,冷却负荷降低了84.5%,得到了良好的效果和可观的经济效益。

Pinch Analysis for Energy-saving Revamping of Lubricant Hydro-deacidification Unit

Abstract: The lubricant hydro-deacidification process was simulated,and the heat exchanger network of the process was analyzed,too .Based on pinch analysis principles,two unreasonable matches were found out. According to the pinch analysis principle totally,a retrofit scheme was proposed.It was pointed out that the high-temperature heat of the reaction oil and the high pressure separation gas could be fully utilized.The heater load decreased to 61.8%,and the cooler load was 84.5%.In addition, the energy efficiency of the system increased.Good results and considerable economic benefits were obtained.
