Br nsted-Lewis双酸型离子液体催化制备生物柴油

摘要: 制备并表征了Brnsted-Lewis双酸型离子液体(3-磺酸)丙基三乙基铵氯锌酸盐\[HO3S-(CH2)3-NEt3\]Cl-ZnCl2(ZnCl2摩尔分数x=0.67),并用于催化大豆油和甲醇的酯交换反应制备生物柴油。结果表明:该离子液体具有Brnsted和Lewis双重酸型活性位,且两者间兼有的协同催化效应可显著提高其催化性能;在n(大豆油)∶n(甲醇)=1∶8、m(大豆油) ∶m(离子液体)=20∶3,140 ℃下反应6 h时,生物柴油的收率为95.7%。另外,该催化剂回收重复利用5次后,生物柴油的收率没有明显降低,具有较好的重复使用性能。

Synthesis of Biodiesel from Soybean Oil Catalyzed by Brnsted-Lewis Acidic Ionic Liquid

Abstract:A Brnsted-Lewis acidic ionic liquid \[HO3S-(CH2)3-NEt3\]Cl-ZnCl2 (molar fraction of ZnCl2(x)= 0.67) (IL) was synthesized, characterized and used as catalyst in the transesterification between soybean oil and methanol to produce biodiesel. The results showed that a synergetic effect of Brnsted and Lewis acid sites enhanced the catalytic performance of IL. Under the optimum conditions of n(soybean oil)∶n(methanol)=1∶8, m(soybean oil)∶m(IL)=20 ∶3, reaction temperature140 ℃and reaction time 6 h, the yield of biodiesel was 95.7%. There was no obvious decrease in biodiesel yield after the IL was reused 5 times.
