摘要: 采用两步法合成了3种碱性离子液体催化剂,其中\[Bmim\]OH催化酯交换合成碳酸二丙酯的性能较好,强碱有利于碳酸二丙酯的生成。在反应温度为130 ℃,反应时间为3 h,催化剂用量为n(催化剂)∶n(DMC)=0.007∶0.1,n(n-PrOH)∶n(DMC)=4∶1的最佳反应条件下,碳酸二丙酯收率为11.4%,且重复性良好,催化剂经多次使用后性能基本稳定。

Synthesis of Dipropyl Carbonate via Transesterification over \[Bmim\]OH

Abstract: Three basic ion liquids were synthesized by two-step method.Among then,\[Bmim\]OH showed the best catalytic performance for synthesis of dipropyl carbonate (DPC) via transesterification, suggesting that stronger base is benefit for producing DPC. The yield of DPC achieved 11.4% under the optimized reaction conditions of reaction temperature 130 ℃, reaction time 3 h, n(n-PrOH)∶n(DMC)=4∶1,and n(catalyst)∶n(DMC)=0.007∶0.1. The reaction was of good repeatability and the catalytic performance of catalyst kept stable after being reused several times.
