联轴器虚拟设计平台的开发

 摘要: 设计了以虚拟技术为基础,以双联三叉杆滑块式联轴器为实体模型,并融合了Pro/E、ANSYS、ADAMS等三维建模及分析、仿真软件的功能,利用Java与VRML语言开发与构建从产品的参数化建模、有限元分析、动力学仿真、实验数据检测到优化设计融为一体的智能化虚拟设计平台。利用此平台,可以实现对联轴器的高效率设计与研究。

 Development of Virtual Design Platform for Couplings

 Abstract: In the paper, using virtual technology as the foundation,taking the twin tripod slider universal joint as three-dimensional solid model, and integrated the function of three-dimensional modeling, analysis and simulation software of Pro/E、ANSYS and ADAMS, an intelligent virtual design platform is developed in Java and VRML language, which includes the parametric modeling, FEM Analysis, dynamics simulation, experiment data testing and optimization design as a whole. The platform can be used to improve the efficiency of coupling design and research.
