摘要: 研究了新型硫化活性剂(助剂B)代替氧化锌对顺丁硫化胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,助剂B可以代替氧化锌使用,50份炭黑时硫化胶的力学性能基本保持不变;5份炭黑时,硫化胶具有更优异的拉伸强度和撕裂强度。对于顺丁胶,硬脂酸的加入对于助剂B的活化没有起到促进作用。

Influence of a Novel Activator on Mechanical Properties of cis-1,4-Polybutadiene Vulcanizates

Abstract: We studied the influence of a novel activator (additive B) on mechanical properties of cis-1, 4-polybutadiene vulcanizates. The results indicated that additive B could be used to replace zinc oxide (ZnO). The mechanical properties of the vulcanizates with 50 phr loading of carbon black changed little, and the vulcanizates with 5 phr loading of carbon black showed better tensile and tear strengths. The use of stearinic acid could not improve the activation of additive B forBR.
