摘要: 以丁腈橡胶作为研究对象,固定混炼时间,改变密炼机初始加料温度,依次设置为45、50、55、60、65 ℃作为起始温度,考察其对胶料混炼效果、门尼黏度及硫化胶性能的影响。研究表明,随着混炼起始温度升高,排胶温度升高,混炼能耗先增大后减小,门尼黏度先增大后减小。综合来看,混炼起始温度在55 ℃时,共混胶的力学性能、加工性能、填料分散性均较好,综合性能较好。

Effect of Initial Feed Temperature on Performance of Butadiene-acrylonitrile Rubber

Abstract: At the initial temperature of 45、50、55、60、65 ℃, the effects of initial temperature on the Mooney viscosity and mechanical properties of NBR were investigated.The results showed that the discharge temperature,mixing energy and the Mooney viscosity increased first, and and then decreased with the increase of the initial mixing temperature. It has an excellent mechanical properties,processing properties and filler dispersion when the initial temperature was 55 ℃.
