负载型杂多酸催化双环戊二烯环氧化

 摘要: 以负载型杂多酸为催化剂,双氧水作为氧源,催化氧化双环戊二烯制备了二氧化双环戊二烯。考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、双氧水浓度、反应物物质的量的比、溶剂种类、反应时间等条件对环氧化反应的影响。结果表明适宜的反应条件为:以钛硅分子筛负载磷钨杂多酸作催化剂,质量分数50%的双氧水为氧源,叔丁醇作溶剂,反应温度为60 ℃,n(C10H12)∶n(H2O2)=1∶2.5,反应时间13 h。在此条件下,反应物的转化率达到99.12%,产物的选择性达到88.31%。另外对催化剂连续反应168 h后活性进行评价表明催化剂活性已基本消失。

 Epoxidation of Dicyclopentadiene Using Supported Heteropoly Acid Catalyst WANG Ke-wei1, YU Yuan-zhang1, XUE Jing-wei1, GAO Bu-liang2

 Abstract:

Dicyclopentadiene diepoxide was synthesized by epoxidation of dicyclopentadiene with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of supported heteropoly acid catalyst. Effects of catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, hydrogen peroxide solution concentration, molar ratio of reactant, solvent type, and reaction time on epoxidation of dicyclopentadiene were investigated. The conversion of dicyclopentadiene and selectivity of dicyclopentadiene diepoxide are 99.12%and 88.31%, respectively. Optimal conditions are: H3PW12O40/TS-1 as catalyst,mass fraction 50% of hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, tertiary butanol as solvent, reaction temperature 60 ℃, n(C10H12)∶n(H2O2)=1∶2.5, reaction time 13 h. The activity of catalyst was made an assessment after 168 h.
