摘要: 以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为保护剂,乙醇为还原剂(醇/水体积比为9∶1)制备了PVP-Pt/Ru双金属胶体,并用TEM进行了表征。以PVP-Pt/Ru双金属胶体为催化剂进行了对氯硝基苯(p-CNB)的催化氢化反应。探讨不同铂钌比以及加入不同金属离子后对其催化反应的影响。结果表明,PVP-Pt/Ru双金属胶体催化活性比PVP-Ru的高,比PVP-Pt胶体稍低,对氯苯胺的(p-CAN)选择性有明显的提高,达到99.8%,催化剂的活性随着胶体中钌含量的增加而降低而选择性增加;Sn2+离子对PVP-4Pt/1Ru的修饰作用较好,催化剂的活性由0.067 s-1(根据氢气消耗计算的反应速率)提高到0.205 s-1,选择性由92.1%提高到99.8 %。

Catalytic Hydrogenation of p-Chloronitrobenzene overPVP-Pt/Ru Bimetallic ColloidsMO Xin-xin, XIAO Hai-lian, LIU Man-hong

Abstact: Poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)-stabilized Pt/Ru colloidal nanoparticles (PVP-Pt/Ru) were prepared by ethanol reduction of H2PtCl6·6H2O and RuCl3·nH2O in ethanol-water solvent and characterized by TEM. The colloidal nanoparticles were used in the hydrogenation of p-chloronitrobenzene. The influences of n (Pt): n (Ru) and different metal ions on hydrogenation results were investigated. The results showed that the catalytic activity of PVP-Pt/Ru was higher than that of PVP-Ru, but lower than that of PVP-Pt. High selectivity (99.8%) to p-chloroaniline (p-CAN) could be obtained over PVP-Pt/Ru bimetallic colloids. The selectivity to p-CAN increased and the activity decreased with the increasing of Ru in Pt/Ru colloidal catalysts. The catalytic activity (calculated from H2 consumption) increased from 0.067 s-1 to 0.205 s-1 and the selectivity increased from 92.1% to 99.8% after Sn2+ was added in PVP-4Pt/1Ru colloidal nanoparticles.
