摘要: 目前铁路交通运输系统安全问题引起社会广泛关注,其中铁路轨道交通所使用的电动气控门控制系统直接关系到旅客的生命财产安全,在运输系统中起着至关重要的作用。轨道交通系统中所用列车门控制器的生产厂家及型号各有不同,通过对各式用于控制列车门开关的塞拉门控制器故障进行详细比较和综合分析后提出的诊断技术,实现对门控器所有输入输出端口的信号检测,并显示检测结果及对结果进行存储。此方法的提出便于车辆检修维护部门对列车门控制器进行综合检测,快速判断控制器的故障与否,准确定位故障点的位置。

Research and Implementation of the Fault Diagnosis TechniqueBased on the Railway Locomotive Door ControllerCAO Meng-long, ZHAO Qing-long

Abstract: At present the safety problems of the railway transportation systems caused social attention, and the electric door control system of it related to the lives and property of the passenger safety directly, it plays a very important roles in the transportation systems. There are many manufacture factories and types of the door controller used in the railway, and though to compare and analysis synthetically we propounded a technology to realize detected all signal of the I/O interfaces then displayed and stored the results. This method is convenience to the departments of maintenance/repair to detect, location the fault points exactly and rapidly. This article introduces the functions and structure of the technology and key technique.
