生物吸附剂——落叶对印染废水的吸附处理研究

 摘要: 利用青岛常用绿化树种的落叶作为吸附剂,处理模拟印染废水的亚甲基蓝溶液,进行最佳因素条件的探讨。结果表明,处理初始浓度为100 mg·L-1的亚甲基蓝溶液,最佳工艺条件为1.5 g中等粒径吸附剂、pH=7、25 ℃恒温、400 r·min-1摇速;达平衡时去除率达到97.05%,表明该吸附剂在染料废水的处理中具有较好的应用前景。物理吸附中薄膜扩散和微孔扩散是决速步骤,而化学吸附主要是基团质子化产生的静电反应和基团的化学粘合剂作用。

 Adsorption Treatment of Dyeing Wastewater Using Fallen Leaves as Adsorbent

 Abstract: Fallen leaves of deciduous tree species inQingdaowere used as adsorbent to remove methylene blue from wastewater. The optimum conditions were investigated. The results showed that the removal efficiency was 97.05% under the optimum conditions of initial concentration of methylene blue 100 mg·L-1, amount of adsorbent with medium size 1.5 g, pH=7, room temperature and wave speed 400 r·min-1. It was showed that this adsorbent could be applied in treatment of dyeing wastewater in the future. In physical adsorption, film and micropore diffusion was the rate-determining step; and chemical adsorption was due to the electrostatic interaction between protonated groups and the chemical bonding action between functional groups.
