大颗粒气固流化床腾涌现象的数值模拟与实验研究

 摘要:  应用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent 6.3,采用双流体气固两相流模型,对大颗粒的腾涌流态化现象进行了实验研究和数值模拟。在内径0.03 m和高0.3 m 的流化床内,系统考察了腾涌现象中流化状态转变、床层最大膨胀比以及压力脉动特性。通过与实验结果进行对比发现,模拟结果较准确地预测了大颗粒的腾涌流态化现象的特性。

 Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study on Slug Fluidization of Large Particles

 Abstract: The slug fluidization of large particles were experimentally studied and numerically simulated with the gas-solid two-fluid model based on the granular kinetic theory using the CFD code Fluent 6.3. The results of the transfer of fluidization state, maximum bed expansion ratio and pressure fluctuation were systemically investigated in a gas-solid fluidized bed with height of 0.3 m and inner diameter of 0.03 m. By comparing to the experimental data, the simulation results can better predict the slug fluidization characterization of large particles.
