基于电加热装置的油气输送温度预估控制回归模型的建立

 摘要:  针对电加热输送油气出口温度控制的滞后现象,根据输入电能与输送油气出口温度的实测数据,建立了系统的预测回归模型,改善了系统的性能指标。通过实验确定了模型的阶数和滞后时间,用最小二乘法通过MatLab计算出最优的模型参数,为提高油气电加热温度控制精度提供了理论依据。

 Forecasting Control Regression Model of Oil and Gas

Delivery Temperature Based on the Electric Heater

 Abstract: In order to overcome the time-delay phenomenon about the outlet temperature control of the electric oil-gas heater, the forecasting regression model of system was established and the indicators of system performance were improved based on the measured data of the input power and oil and gas transmission's outlet temperature. The model parameter order and the lag time are determined through the experimental investigation, and the optimal model's parameters, which are calculated by MatLab with the least-square method, provides the theory basis to improve the temperature control accuracy of oil and gas transmission by electric heater.
