共沸精馏回收正丁醇的模拟与优化

 摘要:

以中性染料生产过程中产生的正丁醇-水混合液为研究对象,采用以原料水为夹带剂的自夹带共沸精馏法分离正丁醇-水体系的工艺流程。并采用PROⅡ对工艺流程进行了计算机模拟和优化。分别考察了回收塔的理论板数、冷凝温度、塔顶压力对分离过程的影响,得到了适宜的操作工艺条件:回收塔采用6块理论板,塔顶压力位0.1 MPa,冷凝温度为40 ℃,消耗较少的冷却水和蒸汽使塔釜液达到分离要求。模拟结果可用于指导工业设计。

 Simulation and Optimization of n-Butanol by Azeotropic Distillation

 Abstract:

The azeotropic n-butanol-water mixture produced in the process of neutral dyestuff preparation was separated using azeotropic distillation with water as entrainer. PROⅡ software was used to simulate and optimum separation process. The influence of operation factors such as stage number of recovery tower, condensing temperature and pressure of the top of tower were studied. The appropriate parameters were obtained:six stages of recovery, 0.1 MPa of the pressure and 40 ℃ of the condensing temperature of the top of tower, which were useful for the industrial design and improvement.
