羧、氨基修饰磁性壳聚糖纳米微球的制备与表征

 摘要: 采用沉淀法在无氮气保护的情况下制备了超顺磁性Fe3O4 纳米颗粒。以磁性Fe3O4 为核, 通过反相悬浮聚合法制备了表面含有羧基的磁性Fe3O4 /KCTS 纳米粒子。用反相乳液分散化学交联方法,制备了Fe3O4壳聚糖磁性微球,经乙二胺改性,制得了改性磁性壳糖微球(EMCS)。并对产物进行了表征。

 Preparation and Characterization of Carboxyl and Amino Modified Magnetic Chitosan Nanoparticles

 Abstract:Nano-size Fe3O4 particles with superparamagnetic magnetism were prepared by coprecipitation without N2. The magnetic chitosan composite nanoparticles modified by carboxyl have been prepared by inverse suspension polymerization method. Magnetic chitosan nanospheres were prepared using the inverse phase emulsion dispersion and chemical crosslinking technology,and then modified with ethylenediamine. The products were characterized.
