医用瓶塞丁基硫化胶再生工艺及应用

 摘要: 研究了医用瓶塞丁基硫化胶在不同裂解条件下胶料门尼黏度的变化,以及裂解后的再生胶用量对丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,静态高温裂解对硫化胶交联键的断裂作用较机械剪切作用强,即高温氧化有利于丁基橡胶的裂解。丁基再生胶的并入对并用胶的力学性能影响不大,由此可以实现丁基硫化胶的再生利用。

 Regeneration Technology of Butyl Vulcanizates Using in Medical Bottle

and It’s Application

 Abstract: In this article,the changes of Mooney viscosity under different decomposition conditions of butyl vulcanizated (IIR) using in medical bottle, and the effect of reclaimed IIR content on the mechanical properties of IIR and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) blends were analyzed. The result showed that high-temperature oxidation played a more important role in the decomposition of butyl rubber than mechanical shear. The amounts of reclaimed IIR had no remarkable effect on the mechanical properties of the IIR and EPDM blends. In the end, the application of reclaimed butyl rubber was achieved.
