吡咯烷酮体系中富勒烯C60微纳米管的合成

 摘要: 采用液-液界面析出法在N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮体系中首次合成了富勒烯C60微纳米管。通过偏光显微镜、红外光谱、扫描和透射电子显微镜对富勒烯C60微纳米管的形貌和结构进行了观察和表征。结果表明,C60微纳米管的长度在100 μm左右,平均外径约为1.5 μm,内径约为1 μm,管壁厚度约为250 nm,长径比大于66。C60微纳米管有规则的六方柱形几何结构,管壁为单晶结构,而且其中空结构含量高达80%。

 Synthesis of Fullerene C60 Submicrotubes with

N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone as Good Solvent

 Abstract: Fullerene C60 submicrotubes (FSMTs) were synthesized by liquid-liquid interfacial precipitation method (LLIP) with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) as good solvent for the first time. Morphology and structures of the FSMTs were characterized by polarizing optical microscopy (POM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was found that the FSMTs had an average outer diameter about 1.5 μm, inner diameter of about 1 μm, and the wall thickness of about 250 nm. The length of the FSMTs was up to 100 μm long and thus their aspect ratio (length/width) was estimated to be up to 66. The FSMTs had a symmetrical hexagonal pore structure with single-crystal wall and high tubular content upping to 80%.
