氧化石墨烯的制备及其对盐酸多柔比星的高效装载和缓释性能

 摘要: 采用改进的酸氧化的方法制备氧化石墨,经超声处理得到氧化石墨烯。利用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜对其形貌进行表征,并研究了其对盐酸多柔比星的装载和释放性能。结果表明:用改进的方法制备得到了厚度在0.897 nm左右的单层氧化石墨烯,它对盐酸多柔比星的载药率较高,其释放具有较好的缓释性和pH依赖性。释放时间96 h时,pH=5.8和pH=7.4条件下药物的累积释放率分别为96.90%和70.62%,体外细胞毒性实验证实氧化石墨烯作为潜在的药物载体具有安全性。

 Preparation of Graphene Oxide and Its High-efficiency Loading and

Sustained-release of Doxorubicin Hydrochloride

 Abstract: Graphene oxide was prepared via an improved acid oxidation method followed by sonication. The microstructure of graphene oxide was characterized by SEM and AFM. The loading of graphene oxide and sustained-release behavior of doxorubicin hydrochloride (DXR) were studied. The results showed that the single layer of graphene oxide was successfully prepared, and its thickness is about 0.897 nm. The graphene oxide has a high loading rate to DXR and has a good sustained-release performance and a strong pH dependence. After 96 h, the cumulative release rate was 96.90% and 70.62% at the pH of 5.8 and 7.4, respectively. Vitro cytotoxicity confirmed that it was of security for graphene oxide as a potential drug carrier.
