PVP-Pt胶体催化氢化间氯硝基苯和对氯硝基苯的性能

 摘要: 以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为保护剂,以低沸点醇为还原剂,制备了高分子稳定的铂胶体(PVP-Pt)。以PVP-Pt胶体为催化剂,分别对间氯硝基苯(m-CNB)和对氯硝基苯(p-CNB)进行了催化加氢反应,研究了胶体粒子的粒径对反应的影响。结果表明,PVP-Pt胶体粒子的粒径越小,催化活性越高,对间氯苯胺(m-CAN)和对氯苯胺(p-CAN)的选择性越低。

 Catalytic Hydrogenation of m-Chloronitrobenzene and

p-Chloronitrobenzene over PVP-Pt Colloids

 Abstract: The poly (N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) (PVP)-stabilized platinum nanoparticles (PVP-Pt) colloids were prepared using PVP as protective agent and an alcohol of lower boiling point as reductive agent. The selective hydrogenation of m-chloronitrobenzene (m-CNB) and p-chloronitrobenzene (p-CNB) to obtain m-chloroaniline(m-CAN) and p-chloroaniline(p-CAN) was studied using the PVP-Pt colloids as catalysts. The effect of the particle size of PVP-Pt colloids on hydrogenation results was examined. The results showed that the activity of the catalyst increased and the selectivity to m-CAN and p-CAN decreased with the decreasing of the particle size.
