摘要: 采用共沉淀法成功制得掺Eu3+的钨酸钙粉体,通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪(PL)对样品进行了表征,研究了Eu3+的掺杂浓度对材料发光性质和表面形貌的影响。结果表明:由于Eu3+离子半径与Ca2+大小相当,所以掺杂低浓度Eu3+的CaWO4晶体未引起晶体结构的较大变化,其形状规则,分散良好,呈球形。Eu3+的掺杂浓度为5%(摩尔分数)时发光强度最强。

Preparation and Properties of Eu3+-Doped Calcium Tungstate

Abstract: Eu3+-doped calcium tungstate powders were prepared by a precipitation method and their properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and fluorescence spectrometer (PL). The products are spherical in shape and disperse well. The Eu3+ in co-precipitation material has good luminescence properties and the best performance is obtained with the Eu3+ mole content of 5%.
