摘要: 在铝合金牺牲阳极表面镀覆了不同厚度的锌层,采用自放电方法分析了镀锌铝合金牺牲阳极的电化学性能,结果表明:镀锌层对电偶电流随时间的变化趋势影响不大,但一定厚度的锌层能使保护电流密度变化更趋平稳;镀锌阳极试样的阴极电位随时间变化总的趋势是先快速下降,而后趋于缓慢下降至稳定,镀锌层越厚阴极电位负移程度越大;镀锌阳极试样表面腐蚀较均匀。

Effect of Galvanizing Treating on Electrochemical Performance of Aluminum Sacrificial Anodes

Abstract: The surface of Al alloy-based sacrificial anode was galvanized with different thickness, and the electrochemical performances of the anodes were analyzed by self-discharge method. The results showed that there were few influences of Zn layer thickness on the couple current change versus time, but the variation of the protection couple current tends to be smoother for anodes with appropriate thickness of Zn layer.The changes of cathode potential of galvanizing anode sample versus time decrease rapidly,slowly,and stably at the end.The negative shift degree of cathode potential was more for anode with thicker Zn layer.The surface corrosion of galvanizing sample showed even at different positions.
