含阻燃涂料的装饰材料热稳定性的热重法研究

摘要:  利用热重分析仪对阻燃涂料处理后的松木进行热重分析,得出相关的热解参数。对影响热重曲线的几个主要因素进行分析,试验得到,热重分析时,气体流量选30 mL·min-1,升温速率选30 ℃·min-1和选较细粒径为宜。通过对阻燃处理前后样品的TG和DTG曲线对比,得到阻燃处理样品的峰温、熄火温度都有所降低,着火温度、最终残碳量明显增加。通过与传统的测试方法进行对比分析,热重分析法能较稳定地反映阻燃涂料的热稳定性和对阻燃材料的燃烧性能进行客观评价。

 Analysis on Thermal Stability of Decorative Materials with Fire Retardant Using Thermo-gravimetric Approach

 Abstract: In this paper, pyrolysis parameters of pine decorative materials treated by different lever of fire retardant were analyzed by thermo-gravimetric curves in detail. The pine samples tested with the conditions of gas flow for 30 mL·min-1, the heating rate of 30 ℃·min-1 and fine particle size were chosen to be advisable according to the analysis of several main factors of TG curves. Through the comparative analysis of TG and DTG curves between the samples treated with fire retardant or not, we could draw a conclusion that the peak temperature and extinction temperature decreased for the fire retardants samples. But ignition temperature, and eventually residual carbon quantity, obviously increased comparison with the sample without fire retardant. Thermo-gravimetric analysis could steadily reflect the thermal stability and evaluate the flammability of fire retardant materials objectively through the contrast analysis of traditional test method.
