摘要: 采用加压提取技术对9味中药材中的皂苷类成分进行提取,分别用DPPH法和扩散法(打孔法)研究加压提取皂苷类成分的体外抗氧化活性和抑菌作用。结果表明:加压提取皂苷类成分对DPPH·自由基具有明显的清除作用,与加热回流提取的皂苷类成分的抗氧化活性相比未出现显著性下降趋势;抑菌实验表明,加压提取对皂苷类成分的抑菌活性(对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、四联球菌等4种菌株)与加热回流提取相比无显著性改变,因此,加压提取不影响中药材皂苷类有效成分的抗氧化与抑菌活性。

Effects on Anti-oxidation and Antibacterial Activity of Saponins Extracted by Pressurized Extraction

Abstract: The total saponins were extracted from nine traditional Chinese medicines by pressurized extraction.The anti-oxidation activity in vitro and antibacterial activity of the saponins were investigated by DPPH and diffusion methods (perforating method). The results showed that the saponins extracted by pressurized extraction had a significant elimination function on DPPH· radical. Compared with the saponins extracted by traditional refluxing extraction, the saponins extracted by pressurized extraction had no obvious change both in anti-oxidation activity and in antibacterial activity (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Pediococcus damnosus). Therefore, the pressurized extraction could not affect the anti-oxidation and antibacterial activities of traditional Chinese medicinals.
